NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION X (FORMERLY TWITTER), YOUTUBE, TIKTOK, FACEBOOK, AND INSTAGRAM FROM META ("SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM(S)") or BRANDS INCLUDING TECOVAS.
The Tecovas Giveaway #1 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is intended for legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia ("Eligible Territories") and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable U.S. federal law and applicable state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you do not reside in an Eligible Territory or are otherwise ineligible under these Official Rules at the time of entry.
SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Fervi Nation DBA and Diehl Me In, LLC, Sharpsburg GA, 30277 (the "Sponsor").
Fervi Nation uses a third-party sweepstakes administrator (Viralsweep) to run the drawing, handle winner affidavits, and manage compliance.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the Eligible Territories who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, at the time of entry (the "Entrants"). The Sponsor, its parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses) or households (whether related or not), are NOT eligible to participate. Non-compliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. EST on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on December 5, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Methods of entry are as follows:
- Via Online Purchase — During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants who make a qualifying purchase through Sponsor's online shop at fervination.com will automatically receive 2 entry/entries into the Sweepstakes for every whole dollar spent. The number of entries received will be based on the pre-tax amount of the eligible purchase, excluding shipping/handling, less any discounts. a. Sponsor may designate select products or time periods with an increased entry multiplier, as disclosed at the time of the promotion.
- Via Mail (Free Alternate Method of Entry / "AMOE") — During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants may obtain 1 Sweepstakes entry at no cost by legibly hand-printing their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3"x5" card or paper, and mailing it in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage, to: Fervi Nation, AMOE, 8340 Highway 54, Sharpsburg GA, 30277. All entries must be postmarked by Nov 21, 2026 and received by Dec 1, 2026 Limit of 1 mail-in entries per Entrant. Mail-in entry cards must be hand-printed by the Entrant only; use of a third party or automated service to assist with entry is prohibited. No correspondence will be acknowledged; requests for confirmation of receipt will not be honored.
To be valid, each entry must include all requested information. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. Entries made through any unauthorized third party, entry service, or automated means will be void. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor. By participating, Entrants consent to Sponsor's use of their personal information for administration of the Sweepstakes, consistent with Sponsor's Privacy Policy on website.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: If the operation or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired for any reason — including computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failure — Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, and to award the prize(s) using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the date of such action, or in a manner that is fair, equitable, and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules. Sponsor may disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision does not waive that provision.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including technical errors, unauthorized human intervention, printing errors, or errors in administration. Released Parties are not responsible for technical malfunctions of any kind. Entrant agrees that Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering the Sweepstakes, and in no event will Released Parties be liable for attorneys' fees or for punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA, AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED. SECTION 1542 READS: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."
DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: The potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Viralsweep on or about Dec 5, 2026 Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential Winner will be notified by phone, email, and/or mail using the contact information provided at entry.
PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize available. The Winner will receive a digital Tecovas Gift Card totaling $1,000 (the "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,000. The stated ARV represents Sponsor's good-faith determination and is final and binding. If the actual value of the Prize is lower than the stated ARV at the time of fulfillment, the difference will not be awarded. The Prize is awarded "AS IS" with no warranty of any kind. Substitution, transfer, or assignment of the Prize by the Entrant is not permitted; Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
ADDITIONAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: The potential Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within 7 days of notification in order to claim the Prize, and may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9. Prize winnings valued at $600 or more will be reported to the IRS via Form 1099 in the Winner's name; the Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. If a potential Winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, or fails to return required documents within the specified time, the Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. By accepting the Prize, the Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Entrant agrees that: (i) any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any judicial proceeding will take place in a court within Coweta County, Georgia; (iii) any damages will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering the Sweepstakes, excluding attorneys' fees; and (iv) Entrant waives any right to punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, and any right to injunctive or equitable relief.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
MISCELLANEOUS: These Official Rules represent the entire agreement between Sponsor and Entrants regarding the Sweepstakes. Headings are for convenience only. No waiver of any provision constitutes a waiver of any other provision. Entrant may not assign rights or obligations under these Official Rules without Sponsor's prior written consent.
